About NutriBali
We connect people across Indonesia with registered nutritionists and dietitians for practical, registration-based consultations about everyday eating.
Guidance that stays inside nutrition
NutriBali is an online nutrition guidance platform based in Denpasar, Bali. Our work sits in nutrition guidance and habit support, and it stays there. We are not a clinic, we do not employ doctors, and we do not present our service as medical care.
That boundary is deliberate. It keeps the advice honest about what a registered nutritionist can do, and it keeps the sessions focused on the things you actually control: what you eat, how you cook it, and how you build a week that holds together. If a question needs medical attention, we say so early rather than late.
You can read the consultation topics we cover, and if you would rather start there, the registration flow will move you into a session with a consultant who matches your situation.
What we do
We run registration-based online consultations. You register, complete a pre-assessment, get matched with a consultant, and receive a written meal plan with follow-up. The service covers meal planning, family meals, food choices, and habit questions across life stages. It does not cover medical treatment, and we do not present it as such.
A pre-assessment, so the hour is not spent on intake
You answer questions about your meals, your cooking, your schedule and what you want to change. The consultant reads it before you meet, which is why the first conversation starts in the middle of your situation instead of at the beginning of it.
A plan, explained in your own kitchen terms
Consultants explain their reasoning in plain language and give you something written: portions, formats, and food you can actually buy near you. Nobody here improvises a plan on a call.
Follow-up, then adjustment
Plans are reviewed and adjusted rather than fixed. Follow-up is where most of the useful work happens.
A small team in Denpasar, with Indonesian nutrition credentials
NutriBali is operated by a team based at Jl. Imam Bonjol No. 201, Denpasar, Bali. We are a nutrition guidance service, not a clinic, and we do not employ doctors. When a question needs medical attention, we say so.

Our consultation standards
Consultations follow a structured workflow drawn from professional nutrition practice: assessment, planning, intervention, monitoring, and evaluation. In practice that means a pre-assessment before your session and a follow-up afterwards. Here is what each stage asks of you and what it produces.
Written so you can use it in a kitchen, not just read it
Content on this site is written to be usable: portions, formats, and local food context rather than general advice you could find anywhere. We describe what a consultation produces and what it does not. We do not publish invented statistics, client counts, or awards, and we do not use other platforms' material as our own.
The meal planning guide follows the same rule. It shows how a plan is shaped around the food you already eat, how portions are expressed when there is no scale on the counter, and what to do on the days a plan falls apart.
What we do not sell
We do not sell supplements, meal replacements, or products alongside consultations. There is no affiliate arrangement buried in the advice. If a consultant recommends a food, it is because it fits your plan, not because someone is paying for the mention. That keeps the guidance easier to trust and easier to follow.
A consultation produces a written plan, a follow-up and a revised plan where needed. Nothing is added at checkout, and nothing in the advice is paid placement.
Boundaries we hold
Nutrition guidance has limits, and we keep them visible. Consultants do not diagnose, do not adjust medication, and do not promise outcomes. Plans are reviewed and adjusted rather than guaranteed. If your situation calls for a doctor, we will say so at registration instead of booking you into a session that cannot help.
When a question falls outside nutrition guidance, we would rather tell you at registration than after a session.
Who we work with
Clients include parents planning family meals, adults managing a busy working week, students, older clients, and people with a diagnosed condition who want nutrition support alongside their doctor's care.
- Parents building a weekly family menu that everyone will eat
- Working adults who cook late and eat out often
- Students on a tight food budget and a shared kitchen
- Older clients eating less than they used to
- People with a diagnosed condition who want nutrition support alongside their doctor's care
Consultations run online in Indonesian and English, so location is not a barrier. If you are outside Indonesia, the guidance still applies to the food you actually eat — we work from your kitchen, not from a fixed menu.
Tell us when a plan misses
If a plan misses the mark or a session does not answer your question, tell us. We would rather revise than have you abandon the plan quietly. Feedback goes to the consultant and to the team, and it shapes how matching and pre-assessment are handled.
Getting in touch
Registration happens through the form on the contact page. For anything else, the contact page lists the ways to reach the team, and the phone line is open during working hours. If you are unsure whether your question fits a consultation, ask first. We would rather answer that before you book than after.

Where people usually start
Most visitors arrive with one question and leave with a plan. If you are not sure which of these fits you, read the consultation topics first, then register when the description sounds like your week.
Registration takes a few minutes, and the pre-assessment can be completed in one sitting.
