Who operates this site

This website is operated by NutriBali, based at Jl. Imam Bonjol No. 201, Denpasar, Bali, 80113, Indonesia. The team can be reached at +62 361 224 889 during working hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Enquiries about personal data should be directed to these contact details.

If you write to us about a record we hold, mention the name and the contact details you used at registration so we can find the right entry and answer without going back and forth.

What we collect

What you send us when you get in touch

When you submit a registration or contact form, we collect your name, contact details, general location, and the description of your question. If you become a client, we also hold pre-assessment answers and consultation notes. Technical data such as browser type and pages visited may be recorded through cookies, as described in the cookie policy.

Pre-assessment answers are the short picture of your routine you fill in before a session: usual meal times, foods you avoid, and what you would like to change. Consultation notes are the working record from the session itself. Both exist so the next conversation starts where the last one ended.

Why we collect it

What each type of data is used for

Registration details

Used to answer your enquiry and arrange a consultation at a time that works.

Pre-assessment and notes

Used to prepare your session, produce your meal plan, and conduct follow-up.

Technical data

Used to keep the website working and to understand which pages people find useful.

Legal basis and consent

We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when submitting a form, and on the basis of performing the consultation service you request. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

Withdrawal may mean we can no longer provide an active consultation service, and we will explain the effect before acting. If you only want us to stop using technical data, that is a separate request and does not affect your consultation record.

Sharing and disclosure

Who can see your records

Where a service provider hosts or maintains the website, access is limited to what the task requires.

  • Your matched consultant

Sees the pre-assessment answers and notes needed to prepare the session and write the plan.

  • Scheduling and support team

Handles appointment times, rescheduling, and questions about how the service works.

  • Website hosting provider

Reaches only the technical data required to keep the site running and fix faults.

  • Advertising and resale

We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep data

How long records stay on file

Registration and contact records are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting consultation. If an enquiry turns into a consultation, the record moves with it rather than being duplicated.

Consultation records are kept for a reasonable period afterwards so follow-up and any revision of a plan remain possible. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised. Sessions about a child's meals follow the same periods as any other consultation record.

Your rights

What you can ask us to do

Access, correction and objection

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, request correction of anything inaccurate, or object to specific processing. Tell us which part of the record you mean and, if you can, the contact details you used when you registered.

Requests are handled through the contact details at the top of this policy. We may ask a short question to confirm we are talking to the right person before sending anything out.

Send a data request

Deletion and retention

You can request deletion where there is no ongoing service reason to retain it. If a consultation is still running, we will explain what would stop working before removing anything.

If you believe a child has submitted data without a guardian, contact us and we will remove it. Consultations about a child's nutrition are arranged by a parent or guardian, who submits the registration and provides the relevant information.

Common questions

Security

Access to personal data is limited to team members and consultants who need it to provide the service. We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect the data we hold.

No method of transmission or storage is entirely secure, and we cannot promise an absolute guarantee against unauthorised access. If you spot anything that looks wrong with your record, tell us and we will check it.

Cookies

This site uses cookies for basic functionality and for understanding how pages are used. The cookie policy describes the categories involved and how you can control them through your browser settings.

Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site work. You can change your mind at any time by adjusting your browser settings.

Read the cookie policy

Children

Consultations about a child's nutrition are arranged by a parent or guardian, who submits the registration and provides the relevant information. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children.

If you believe a child has submitted data without a guardian, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in how the site or service operates. The current version is always the one published on this page.

Continued use of the site after an update indicates acceptance of the revised policy. If a change affects an active consultation record, we will raise it during the next session rather than leaving it to this page alone.

Contact for data requests

Please include enough detail for us to identify your record, such as your name and the contact details used at registration.
