What happens between signing up and your first plan
Nothing about this journey is a contract you sign blind. Registration tells the team who you are; the pre-assessment tells your consultant what your week actually looks like; the session turns both into one or two changes worth making first. Everything you answer stays attached to your record, so you explain your meals once rather than at every stage.
Most people read this page before registering so they can judge whether the process fits their week and their budget. Two things are worth knowing up front: you choose your session format when you book, and fees are confirmed before you commit to a slot.
Where a question lands
- Family meals for young children go to a consultant who works with that age group.
- Clinical nutrition questions go to a dietitian or a consultant holding the SpGK specialist title.
- If your question needs a doctor rather than a nutritionist, we say so before you book.
The full path, in order
Seven steps from the registration form to your revised plan
Step one — registration
Tell us who you are and what you want help with
The form asks for your name, contact details, general location, and what you want help with. Nothing here is a commitment to a package; it is how the team knows who you are and which consultant to suggest.
Registration on NutriBali is done online, and you will get a confirmation once the form reaches us. If a detail changes, reply to that confirmation and we update your record rather than asking you to start again.
Bring nothing to this step except an honest answer to one question: what would you like to change about how you eat?
Step two — pre-assessment
The questionnaire, before anyone advises you
Your pre-assessment covers your usual meals, who you cook for, food you avoid, allergies you already know about, and how much time you realistically have in a day.
This is not a test and there are no right answers. The more honest the answers, the less time your consultant spends guessing and the more time goes into advice you can use.
Step three — matching
Matched on topic, not on who is free
We match on the topic, not on availability alone. A question about family meals for young children goes to a consultant who works with that age group; a clinical nutrition question goes to a dietitian or, where appropriate, a consultant holding the SpGK specialist title.
If your question needs a doctor rather than a nutritionist, we say so at this stage. Matching is why the pre-assessment matters.
Step four — booking
Choosing a time you can actually keep
Once matched, you get proposed times and choose one. Booking online covers chat, voice, and video formats, and you pick the format when you book.
You will receive the session details in advance: what platform, what time, and how long. Rescheduling is possible if you tell us with reasonable notice, since consultants hold that slot for you and cannot fill it at short notice.
Step five — the session
One or two changes, and the reasoning behind them
A first session usually runs through your pre-assessment, then narrows to the one or two changes worth making first. Your consultant explains the reasoning in plain language: why this food, why this portion, why this timing.
You should leave with something written you can cook from. Bring questions, including the awkward ones about snacks, sweet drinks, or the food you are not willing to give up.
Step six — your meal plan
A plan written around your answers
Within a short time after the session, you receive a meal plan built around your answers. It lists meals and rough portions, plus swaps for days when the plan does not fit.
A plan for a family in Denpasar looks different from one for someone eating lunch near an office in Jakarta, and it should. If the first version misses something, say so; adjusting is normal and is part of the process.
Step seven — monitoring dan evaluasi
Follow-up is where plans survive contact with real life
Your consultant checks in after a set period, asks what worked and what did not, and revises. This is the assessment, planning, and evaluation structure you find in professional nutrition workflows generally. It also means you are not left alone with a document after one conversation.
Check-in
Scheduled after a set period once you have cooked from the plan.
What is asked
What worked, what did not, and where the plan stopped fitting your week.
What changes
The plan is revised, and the next check-in follows the same pattern.
What you need to prepare
Have your pre-assessment completed, a rough idea of your weekly meals, and a way to take notes. If you want to discuss food labels or a specific product, have a photo ready. For video sessions, a quiet spot helps more than a good camera. If you are consulting about a family member, bring their usual meals too, since the plan will affect whoever cooks.
What we ask of you
Honesty is practical here, not moral
Show up on time, answer the pre-assessment honestly, and tell your consultant when something is not working. We do not expect perfection between sessions and we do not frame lapses as failure.
What we cannot do is give useful advice from incomplete information, so the honesty is practical rather than moral.
Costs and what a session covers
Consultation fees are confirmed at booking, before you commit to a slot, so there are no surprises afterwards.
- The consultation itself, in the format you chose when booking.
- Your written meal plan, built around your pre-assessment answers.
- The follow-up check-in that comes with monitoring dan evaluasi.
If you need more sessions, you book them the same way. We do not bundle in supplements or sell products alongside the consultation.

What you still get
Chat
You want to ask questions across the day, from work or from home.
The written meal plan and the follow-up check-in.
Voice
You want to talk it through but would rather not be on camera.
The written meal plan and the follow-up check-in.
Video
You want to show your kitchen, a portion, or a product you already buy.
The written meal plan and the follow-up check-in.
Whichever you choose, the plan is written after the session, not during it. You pick the format when you book and can change it before the session if your day moves.
If something goes wrong
Tell us early rather than quietly dropping the plan
If a session is missed, a plan arrives that does not match what you discussed, or a consultant's answer leaves you unsure, contact the team. We would rather fix a problem early than have you quietly drop the plan.
Reach us by phone at +62 361 224 889 or through the contact page, and include your registration details so we can find your record quickly.
